Native vegetation impact assessments

If your project needs to determine it's impact on the surrounding native vegetation as part of a Planning Permit application - A native vegetation impact assessment may be required. This will:

   - Quantify the values being impacted

   - Report and map the values

   - Calculate the impacts

   - Determine the offset requirements

03.

Targeted flora surveys

Your project may require surveys for threatened species as part of your approvals process.

A survey for any required species can be undertaken at the appropriate time for that species to provide you with the information the regulator will require

04.

Preliminary siting assessment

This is an effective way to get an understanding of the possible environmental values that might constrict your project.

It is best undertaken prior to the design and desired location of structures on the land. This assessment is extremely useful to assist with Planning Permit applications for meeting the state government requirement of avoiding and minimising impacts to native vegetation, reducing native vegetation offset costs and can significantly reduce the time spent making design refinements later down the track.

Can be tailored to your requirements and budget constraints
